Cats are all different. What is this one up to? Did he figure out a clever ruse for getting at people? Does he have boundary issues? Sounds like it. I've seen cats that wanted contact but didn't know how to handle it once it was received.
Then there was the Attack Kitty that lived in my brother's house for a while. He had these friends living with him and they had two very large, heavy cats. Both were weird, but one was just plain savage, and challenged anyone who came near him. I was in there one day and he actually pursued me, growling aggressively.
This woman should have kept her kitty indoors.
And she shouldn't be smilig so much. It isn't that funny.
