Here's to: " keep on keeping on"...
To using prayer when needed
To not be afraid to ask for help
Bless all who need healing... :D 8)
Bless all caregivers :D 8)

No fast solutions.
We continue on, work hard
to heal, we deal with our
challenges. We persevere.
Never any fast solutions.

We care about the others journey.
It's a trip, all right.

can't heal the body
til you heal the mind
if you had parents
you are crazy by association
find yourself my friend
and when you do
love yourself
find that peace
in that haystack
of random happenstance
grab it, hold it close
nurture the miracle
hey....you're ok
no....you're great
when you believe that
many of your pains will ebb
the others require patience
learning to cope
is a full time job
breath deeply, inhale
the universe that digs you
revel in relative contentment
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

one act of kindness
a stone thrown into a pond
whose ripples propagate
circle after circle after circle
until even lily pads near shore
nod in approval
one act of kindness
touches us all
and maybe inspires us
to stop
and reach down
for a stone
.

We didn't know how
we'd get this far,
but we did.
