Hi everyone,
This book was the first of this series, back in 1999. I wrote it because I wanted to re-tell the ancient Greek myth of Orpheus & Eurydice. The singer and his muse. I wrote the first poem at a hotel in Boston, then the subsequent ones on my awful morning train commute into Boston to work. Then the last one at that same hotel. My dear friend Barbara Brannon designed the book and illustrated it. I'm proud of it still enough to share here and online.
