Now... why should I read and comment on your post which you linked to without you reading and commenting on my poem?

Please stop posting the link to your post over and over OK?

I was going to read it and reply to it but this is getting old. You've posted it too many times!

Thank you.

thanks doreen. i enjoyed this.

the opportunity to listen appealed to me. ah i am a media fiend.

what is your recording device? i think yr recording sounds good & clean.

i've just filled a little atlas with drawings & words for my best friend who is most often thousands of miles away. it's the same sort of visions of different kinds of roads.

aaand, i do like the last stanza as it stands.

and. i'm glad you mean it.
godless & songless, western man dances with the stuffed gorilla through all the blind alleys of a dead-end world.

Thanks, Bard - no, i'm not. I recorded a cd of spoken word, piano improv, and piano compositions a few years ago. I called it "Perimeters" ... that was my one and only venture into CDs. (so far.. maybe i'll do it again but it looks doubtful at this point because I really don't have appropriate recording equipment)

Hi mindbum! Good to see you. thanks for listening and glad you enjoyed it. I used a hand-held digital recording device made by M-Audio ... it's called a Microtrack 24/96 ... For what it is, it gives decent quality for sharing readings and such on the web. (as it should.. it wasn't cheap.. sigh). That little atlas you speak of sounds really cool! I've been doing some sketching and journaling, too... trying to get back into it and finally fill up a book. Would love to see some of your drawings!
