change is the disease
we can not escape
it lies upon your fingertips
upon each and every breath
you are apart of the minute
that which you pretend matters not
to kill a bug
or not
you are responsible
open up your heart
to all that is alive
if not we are fucked
plain truth
accept it

[stilltrucking]

to be open to life
takes a fearless heart

I have been a coward so long
but it is not too late

I can still

a little help from a poem
now and then

for this and all the other posts, and i was just writing it, i need to facilitate more also, but thats what my poetry is for me much of the time, thoughts i have and want more of, internal and externally

denying change
is like sticking one's head under a heavy blanket
eventually you suffocate

might as well take a breather
enjoy some fresh air
look at all that's happening
then take a nice long look inside
