A heartbreak in 3 parts

A heartbreak in 3 parts

Part I

I fell into your orbital pull
and knew,
you’d changed me eternally.

Part 3

You were a foil for yourself,
and crushed me with the heel
of your deception. You lied
and broke me.

Gravity
has ceased to exist.

Part 2

You promised to never
discard me. We fell into each other
onto a bed of beautiful promises.
Velvet against my trusting skin.

Dear Lucy..
you have lovely poetry and words.
It's very nice to meet you.
`Do you know, I was so angry, Kitty,' Alice went on...`when I saw all the mischief you had been doing, I was very nearly opening the window, and putting you out into the snow! And you'd have deserved it, you
little mischievous darling!

Thank you!

This was written in the shadows of heartbreak.

That's a broken heart process, right enough! Really beautiful. Sue L.
