Bodies meet,
Disguises part,
Inches lie
Between pounding hearts.
Bodies touch,
And together press.
Flesh enters
And separates flesh.
Two lovers
Together strain
As they wrap
Themselves in flame
Never quite
Like before
Muscles exhausted
Tissue sore
Body yet
Demanding more
Until at last
The spirit soars.
Filled and fulfilled
Desire subdued
For a brief
Interlude.

Re: A Taste of Salt
I bet D H Lawrence which he'd written that poem. A erotic poem yet unerotical, but having the words in control. Good work.
