A pinch of decency

Post by saw » August 4th, 2011, 7:46 am

the paid for brains
maintained their ruse
that they could manhandle
mother nature

that a driven economy
could always conquer any
menstrual demonstrations
by any old woman

and it's an intoxicating fetish
at any age wrestling a naked female
pinning her to the mat
as she squeals and squirms

perverse machismo glowing
the biggest and brightest bullies
calling all the plays from the bench
into implanted receivers cemented

in every swollen helmeted head
devoid of even a pinch of decency,
back at rancho glutiny the big boyz
add and add some more, then re-add

there is just so much to count
and still without a pinch of decency
to season the melting pot of souls,
but I suspect big mama earth still has

a few surprises of her own for the final
course, the final exam....I'm sure that soon
she will animate her fury, show the playboys
her black-veiled dance of restitution
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

love this--- thank you..
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

yep- the empty machine grinds on- politicians groans insult the bones of our ancestors-sent obama a birthday card and asked him when we were going to free leonard peltier-- i thought-- lol-obama would be different- the same insanity has me falling in love and running like hell from conflict- dunno what to say--pray hard..

well c-soul, I think you have summed up a lot of people's frustration, including mine, quite well.....these are exasperating times......the earth is under siege by a tiny percentage of self destructive bozo's that always put money ahead of all the things that are truly precious ......what a paradox.....attacking the thing that gives you life.......like the mongrel biting the hand that feeds it each morning.....

Saw, I really liked this topical poem. These are mean times. Good warnings...
We should think twice about messing with "mother nature". Oh yeah. 8)
