No One Lives

Post by Kailashana » August 8th, 2011, 6:52 am

It ceases
this profundity of abstraction,
and all I'm left with
just breathes.

I still go through the motions
of feeding my shadow
and declaring independence
for my vagabond soul.

Desire is four-leafed clover
hidden under my feet.
I go nowhere
but there is no defeat.
Walking
towards the flame,
all I am
just breathes.

This is pure delight. 8)
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

PRETTY AWESOME THERE- WHAT I SEE IS THAT IN THESE MOMENTS OF 'THE NEXT RIGHT THING' KIND OF MAKES OUR WALK A BIT SOFTER, OUR LESSONS GENTLE- OUR COMPASSION LARGER- BEAUTIFUL PROCESS- NICE WRITE.ALOHA
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

"Abbot Lot came to Abbot Joseph and said: "Father, to the limit of my ability, I keep my little rule, my little fast, my little prayer, meditation and contemplative silence; and to the limit of my ability, I work to cleanse my heart of thoughts; what more should I do?" The elder rose up in reply, and stretched out his hands to heaven, and his fingers became like ten lamps of fire. He said: "Why not be utterly changed into fire?"
