psychedelic lullaby

sing to me Jimi
I need the wind
to whisper Mary
in my ear tonight
I need your riffs
to swing my hammock

I want to see a blue
traffic light, a dreary broom
to sweep my troubles away
I want the jacks to get back
in their boxes, I want the clowns
to go to bed
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

Love Jimi!! and love this tribute to his poetic songs... I saw Jimi live in concert- my first date- in Hawaii...'68. Like nothing else ever- he worked magic! I miss him... but know he lives on thru his music.

thanx Lani...yea Jimi was a game changer for me as well...Axis Bold as Love and Disraeli Gears by Cream sort of changed me....haha......and thanx dadio as well....some great days for music......
