Dream Melody

Strange melodies from a distant star
Sang hymns of love from so far away
My remote corner of the galaxy
Cloaked in dark clouds

I dreamed I stood before the holy altar
My true love stood in grey frock by my side
Her ascetic form illuminated by votive candles
Our love resurrected in the night vigil
My heart resuscitated into beating vigor

The sun of her spirit aglow with love
My broken wing was allowed to heal
Holding on to her Chalice hips
I fell to my knees in tears of adoration
