when it was ok to run around the with other kids
into the quiet i float
the reaction happens like black squid
i let him get my goat
staining me with an ink
enough to sail a boat away
written on all that i think
your smile could make me stay
i wanted our love to never sink
i think that i just had to go away
when i remember those hot kisses
when i have reached the place i like to go
there were times when you loved me
but i cant think of when that was now
what that feels like to this bad dream
recanted like a poem screaming
brought to me this sense of free-
all that i can see is snow=
kisses
traces of your thoughts come in like flies
looming- specks of blackness go away with them
with you
inertia

melting in memories
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

Re: melting in memories
i wonder about love- it just gets so nebulous- like little cells re-creating the body purifying the heart- because it is this alchemy that has me puzzled- melting swooning hardening from liquid to gold- held to form after years of liquid states
smiled on by fortune= sweet caress of quiet nights and the river- i will look for love again some day
