how the estate attorney intervenes

Post by sweetwater » September 17th, 2012, 1:58 pm

Most people dealing with what happens as Personal Representative/Executor to settle the purpose to probate

locate all of the decedent's estate planning documents and other important papers, including ... toothbrush, slippers, housecoat, favourite pipe or cigar,
or dressed as the various representations offered to mankind ... as in you may
want to be buried in uniform (you could be a baker or shoe maker) with your favourite hat maybe all the medals you won including your trophies or dressed as the person you always wanted to be in life but never got around to becoming - i always wanted to be ... an estate attorney !

The decedent's estate planning documents may include a Last Will and Testament, funeral, cremation, burial or memorial instructions, and/or a Revocable Living Trust. The original documents should be stored in a safe place until they can be given to the estate attorney.
