last horizon

Post by Shem » April 11th, 2013, 4:33 am

I feel odd,
Odd to say the least.
That melancholy kind of feeling
When you remember those who where close;
Those that are gone
And you wonder,
(Though you know)
Did I make a difference?
Did that last visit,
Beyond all memory and recognition,
Did it register?
There where brief moments of clarity.
But in the end,
All you are left with
Is one
Small
Toy
Boat.

Leave the letter that never begins to go find the latter that ever comes to end, written in smoke and blurred by mist and signed of solitude, sealed of night.

SURF- and floating on the water- 8) i look accross the generations- i know i made a difference- i love
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

Some memories that last forever are small and beatific. "The seas are so large & our boat is so small..." 8)
