wandering the dubrock desert

Post by mnaz » November 27th, 2013, 2:36 pm

reverb drifts and fills the expanse
ricochets off slopes, ripples bare rock
bathes it in echo and fade
ride it across the divide

dub roots blown open, laid bare,
transfigured, the heat and grit
children wandering the desert
rootsman on a big beat earth

Deserts can be sancutaries or death holes. I like this one and the poem.
