a Jam is a Jam

yes it is within
movement,
the dance
that our inner
spirits are free
when performing
my words, i find myself
dancing, swaying to the
rhythms, as the mind
creates visions, that become
spoken words, a union with
those attending the performance
music of the mind, that turns
to dance, me jumping ecstatic
from the stage, no escape but
total immersion in life's essence
& yes, jam is a jam....all else
spills forth from it.
