Breaking into dream

Post by Tjflowers80 » December 2nd, 2014, 1:53 am

If in a moment time is suspended,
Life in general not recommended,
I look to the vision within the whole of me,
Giving the impression I should never breathe.

Yet I am relaxed and full of life;
Breaking away from given strife,
Learning to handle rising twists;
Fighting through hellfire's tryst.

Go ahead I dare you to try;
Breathing deeply with the hidden lie;
Tis myself I had come to forsake,
But, now, the pain I no longer take.

They will see me as I rise,
Watching me through my eyes;
Growing strong through my fall;
Only to set fire to it all!
And above me the stars align
But not yet with my own
And the night birds sing
Whilst the demon haunts this restless soul.

Lol. Not what your thinking but honey I love your style of thinking. Lol
And above me the stars align
But not yet with my own
And the night birds sing
Whilst the demon haunts this restless soul.

well, i may just blush - hey, you're the poe girl, right? didn't i hear you mention him? i was reading about him earlier this morning - discovered something about him i didn't know before -
there was one thing he wrote that i memorized long ago when the dinosaurs were still walking around the planet and before the War Between the States - i memorized it because it was the most erotic piece of writing i had ever read up to that time & it still stands to that test all these years later - it's his poem "Annabel Lee" -

And neither the angels in Heaven above
Nor the demons down under the sea
Can ever dissever my soul from the soul
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;

wooooooooyyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeee! hell yeah, Mongolia! - anyways, i read this morning this poem is said to be the last thing he ever wrote before he died - didn't know that - is it true?
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.
