Sanguine Letters

Post by abstroint » September 19th, 2004, 7:26 pm

In silk woven shadows
coached by the winds of Zephyrus
frequencies pulse nerves to their ends
pushing through skin, transcend
meeting foreign essences
urging surges of chaos
to spit out Eros

Vibrating essential communication
in Artemis style
sacred and wild
strapped on bows and arrows
with Aphrodite’s smile
born of foaming waves
followed by the Graces
and dripping sanguine ink
from wounds never dressed
my quill screams

Vibrating
gratitude bestowed upon
Zeus and the goddess of memory
for all their daughters rhapsodies
written in red
