When there are no words

I feel my head screaming at me
I feel too blind to see
My heart beacons a call
Knowing only if answered I will fall.

And in knowing the reason why
I feel my whole begin to cry
And once again I am alone today
Even though to the gods I pray.

And still I ache deep within
Not knowing how to forgive my sin
The thoughts lost on what seems an empty tide
And in whole my loneliness isn't the only thing I hide.
