fate is a witch

my fate today is such as it is
I can turn around and wave at her
they can wave at me, slap me, stroke my
ego, or blow me down the street
like a piece of writing on a scrap of paper
but a scrap of paper might get caught in a tree
it's my fate, it's getting late, it's not today's date
I was born, this true is, and life is a war, that
is what I bore, like a mark on my brow
she came to me like a dream, but it woke me up
I was torn out, but I did not cry until they smacked
me, they put a number on my soul, and washed
the life blood off of me, all this was done
without any fuss, matter of a fucked, fact is
I did not meet my fate until some time later
she was a wild creature with a smile that could kill
I was like a leaf in the wind tossed into her lap
she parted her lovely legs and let me look into her core
then she buried my face in her mound of Venus
now I knew my fate was a witch, and there would always
be a switch to it, or I had to keep it right in front of me

try not just latching on one word or two, or a line,maybe the soul will come through.

I always enjoy a good love story...and hearing the evolution of a soul.....each of us travels uniquely different roads which makes our stories only possible when we choose to record and share them with others....I always feel a bit of inner growth reading how someone else got to this point in time....today

this piece tries to say different things all at once, it's like I grafted two or three poems together, and left a lot out.the last part is more about a recent situation with a relationship that was very troubling. However Fate is a Witch, is comment about fate, as that being like that to the fate of witches. The Fates, that mysterious force, how we think about fate, and or deal with it.
