weird word

I lived in a weird word
I was looking for reasons for my being
the thought was the deeper I go into the weird
the more I will know the word that has meaning
for me; going into the subtle impressions as
they rise from the surface of things
I started with all the dreads that accompany
such research, I sense that I have nothing to lose
and everything, it was obvious to me that verse
being the dimension of the material world
that comes from the direct connection of the invisible
world, I always come back to that point of departure
when I entered that place Dante' spoke of, where
the underground meets the spring meadow with
flowers speaking to the sun drenched sky, we
are this, yet we arrive at a dark doorway into the earth
passing from one realm into the other, a dream into
a dream, I find myself staring at strange shapes, playing
on the far wall, liquid shadows dancing between the
last rays of the sinking sun, this is where I came in
I was now amongst the huge written shadows
the art of the stars as they penetrate the mysteries
of words that we can see through, and ones that paint
in heavy black night, the theater of our souls
begins its nightly pageant of changing the costumes of ages
coming onto the stages of belief and disbelief, of faith
in the shear frenzy and fantasy of it all, how weird it all is
you came to me in that dark thunder of love striking
in that fragile moment when the lightning pierces the thin veil
between this life, between now and then, here and when, rend
and lunges its white of lines across the vast space between us
a sudden recognition that had up until now remained unconscious
and just as soon as it illuminates sinks further into the we universe

I absolutely love this! It reminds me of how I feel everyday when I face life.
Like tis some dream with realms that open doors to other realms and so on. My dreams feel like reality and I cannot grasp that I have in some sense failed in my own to keep myself from becoming the nightmare I so fear.
