rain, rain

rain rain
again today
and for the week
the weathermen say
we're just about
to float away
may soon end up
in galveston bay

rain rain
again today
flood may come
carry us away
what tomorrow brings
we cannot say
all we can do
is hope and pray.

I know we need the rain but bleh I want sunshine! Lol
And above me the stars align
But not yet with my own
And the night birds sing
Whilst the demon haunts this restless soul.
