in search of something

wounds of the heart
are relics to be unearthed.... in time
coddled like an anthropologist
fondles a dig, painstakingly dusting the outer layers

of latent pain
with a soft brush, gentle hand, pursing of the lips...
soft puffs of warm air, ever mindful not to damage the core...
the ultra-delicate remains
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

thanx wire......some pain requires kid gloves, doesn't it ?
