from the kitchen

Post by theirishsea » September 25th, 2015, 9:49 am

the clamor of my heart is all pots and pans
so much crud from yesterday to scour
but they were good meals
you just can't eat them again and again and again
life can't be refrigerated forever

oh yes- you do bring so much to the table- always filled with images and scents of time
that remind me that i am not alone-that we are so much the same in many ways-

there is no 'fast food' where we live- life is real
the time it takes to do these fine things=cooking cleaning-perhaps beautify
that which we feel-

enjoyed this- very intriu :!: ging-
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---
