I went
from following stars,
to following
what makes
wings beat.
All this talk
of angels,
and their
beautiful
wings
got me thinking
you know,
what is it that
propells the wings,
underneath?
the motion,
prior to the
splendid movement,
the dazzling,
flying results,
is there a motor
generating,
or some sort of
electrical device,
that makes them
go flap,
that makes us
so enchanted,
is it
the wings themselves
or is it
the energy
that makes
them move
that we
are supposed
to
adore?
