What is post-truth

have we entered the post-truth world
is a new word in a dictionary
what the heck does this two word word mean
have we arrived in a world where truth
is just a new word word because of what
they call fake news, the fake news people
call the news that they don't want you to know
a world where nobody knows what truth is
anymore, because there has been a war on truth
but what is "truth" , well that is a good question
the truth will set you free, this is the truth of
truth, not a fake truth that can be fitted
into any agenda, I'm talking about the poetry
of truth, and the truth of poetry, the truth of words
that are spoken not to keep people blind to the truth
but to allow people to see where truth lies
have come to this to live in a world where a word
called post-truth which is really two words
has actually been made into a real word
what next post-reality, post-thought, post-conscience
post-love, how about post-fake or post-manufactured
consent or post- corporate media or post-religion or
post-politics or post-reactionary-extreamist
because you really have to know where truth lives
are there any real facts left in a world of post-truth
