Quit It Like Mountains

Post by the mingo » March 23rd, 2018, 8:43 am

log out
don't own nothing
Arizona 1901 - talking about family,
relations over the years - nothing was ever mine
no reason to change that now
cat licking my little finger
in a way to tell me it's easy
to find things they are
all around and she's right
I can see where dogs
have trampled snow
ain't no way I'm gonna
get caught in some air pocket
fuck that!
not while there's hope of getting
to New Hampshire and biking those
amazing rail trails
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

Vermont's got some good trails too, but they're a little out of my range for an afternoon stroll. Check 'em out on YT.

Gotta follow your trails, for sure. The calling.

Nobody really "owns" anything... we just use it before passing it on for someone else to deal with it.

Yeah, that's what I want - someone else to deal with it !

There are always folks looking for their own "treasures" and see it in stuff and junk that appeal to nobody else, hence the success of "thrift stores."
