seems we are all getting a look at that now
Forced, thru quarantine to slow down, read
play music, make art, hike in the woods....so
the question can finally be begged, How
ya gonna keep em down on the farm, after
they've seen Paree.... 8)
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

I find the last stanza to be particularly compelling

"And we will finally come to understand
that life was made for the explorer in us
in that exploration stillness will reveal the truth "

beautifully expressed.....our life is a journey of seeking truths, but if we are always moving we will not be able to process that truth

it's more than OK, to be still.......the thing is so many are uncomfortable with stillness......and that's sad to me

we have been conditioned through capitalism to always be productive ( better for the boss )....but that rat race can spill into our lives

meditation ( any form you can conceive that is right for you ) would seem to be an essential part of healthy growth

good poem

great ending
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading
