Happy....no exhilarated
to touch the spring sun,
my face rejoices
my hands applaud

today is perfect....
pains are manageable
I'm warmed up......solar crispy
like a human toaster waffle

my mind is fueled
to write today, here on this chaise
to express any and all nonsense
that wanders inside this cranial trap
