How Much Did You Pay For That Truck?

Man, if I was asked to
spend 55 to 80 thousand
on a vehicle, I'd seriously
consider living in it.

I understand if rich folk
want to buy this truck
for "pocket change,"
but holy crap.

Exactly! I traveled the world in a stout little pickup that I picked up for 8 grand almost new! Love that truck. I read about the new Tacoma, coming out soon. Looks like a freakin' spaceship, bulky, waaay overstyled, its bulging skin overstuffed with tech and a zillion gadgets. No price yet, but the author said it "wouldn't be more than $50,000" ... (right, sure). What a deal. This has gotten so far out of hand... Oh, I gotta have one! Take out a damn mortgage.
