twist of fate

I had hoped that one day
we'd meet in a coffee klatch
and talk about our lives, and haiku
and we'd laugh a lot about everything
but now we can't even chat on line
judih, that is a painful twist of fate
I'm happy for your family though
no closure must of have been daily agony
with no end in sight
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading
