Andromeda Has a Trillion Stars (I'm Small)

Andromeda is beyond the Milky Way.
Farthest thing we can see with our eyes.
A couple million light years away.
A galaxy with a trillion stars.
Just a faint smudge in the sky.

something Carl Sagan once said that has always stuck with me was, there are more complexes of galaxies then there are stars in our galaxy, and there are are 10 to the tenth power stars in our galaxy......makes us pretty damn tiny doesn't it ?

Yes it does. Ten to the tenth power is inconceivable.
