Nor I. But too many of us did. Or simply didn't vote at all.
And then there are these people:

These are undoubtedly the same "Project 2025" sort of folks (or those who have aligned with that movement out of political convenience) who keep hammering us the "evils of Communism/Marxism." Just yesterday I was net surfing and a Sponsored ad popped up with the ominous warning of "Socialism is on the Rise" or some such thing. I suppose this is in response to Mamdani-like candidates winning elections recently. It showed somber faces in a gloomy setting with the Hammer and Sickle symbol in the background. You can bet that these people will pull out all the stops to steal the midterm elections.

I should probably stop with the political stuff on the poetry board.... again, big picture, as I've said from Day One, the main problem CONTINUES to be our ongoing ENABLEMENT of these actors, more than the actors themselves.
