His private fixations
He found something to stroke his fears
His concerns, worries,
His idée fixe
Raising them from their flaccid state
Where they can not perform
To their full glory
So that once again
with pride and amour propre
He can enjoy the pleasure of
His private fixations
His concerns, worries,
His idée fixe
Raising them from their flaccid state
Where they can not perform
To their full glory
So that once again
with pride and amour propre
He can enjoy the pleasure of
His private fixations

I'm not offended ... I like reading other's comments.
I wrote this, this morning ~ it just sort of 'popped out' and it's not something I normally do. While I was excited and liked what I had written, I wasn't sure if I should post it, or not, nor what would happen if I did…
Then I realized that was self-censorship, and said "The hell with that!" and went ahead an posted.
Thanks for reading and replying.

Thanks J ...
It's my version of "whatever gets you off" as applied to how we always seem to find things to stroke our fears (anger, hatred) whatever – when in the mood to do so.
Yeah, and myself, fundies, bush&co you name um ~ it fits.there's a generic 'he' implied
i can take this poem and try it on a number of them.

I have to censor myself,
Still learning how to not objectify sensory data
I have offended too many women here and on litkicks
Where I am now is cool
I no longer get fixated on a woman's face
I got a heart like a slot machine
Pull my daisy give it a whirl
Up pops two cherries and a woman's face
I tell you Deb it is a relief. My eyes may wander to meaty magnets, and hour glass shapes but I am as steady as a rock. My mind is made up. I would rather breathe than fuck,
Yeah I believe in censorship, I believe in I have passed through hell, starry eyed maidens and rosey cheecked demons do not bother me at all.
Here it is, there I go
see when you can
Tell me how good I write
flame me for being a jerk
Ted Williams don't tip his hat to nobody
And I have watched these pricks here write stuff that makes me want to puke
Fucking romanticizers of death
Oh woe is me
Flaccid or stiff
Sublimation
it is all the same to me
She grabbed my arm and held it to her body
Hysterical Paralysis my arm was stiff for a week
A good poem I think makes the reader think it is about him
It resonates
By the way
I wrote all this a couple months ago
I just thought I would post it now
Nothing to do with your poem which was very good
Don’t you just hate when people tell you how good you are.
I do
I want to tell them to go shit in their hat.
But I tell other people all the time how much I like their work
And I have heard it said it is hard to run with the weight of lead
Dante had the hypocrites down there in hell wearing their coats of lead
Every woman is a Beatrice for me.
Wisdom is a woman
No. No.
All lies.
I am a truck.
I run everything.
I own you.

I like telling people if something they created has moved me, made me feel something.
But I don't want to hear it myself. Just a snare and a delusion for my ego.
I think Cecil has a pretty healthy attitude about it. It just comes through him he says.
I am vain enough I don't need any encouragement.

WD you have no idea how fixated I am. I am a hypochondriac too. I heard a show about aspergers syndrome, I think I got it.
My god just look at my fixation on Plath, not so much her as a character in a novel. Esther Greenwood. I can hardly seperate the too.
I am going to edit out the baboon stuff, sorry about that, another Say Hi Jack.
Got to me with that poem. And that is good.
edit:
I posted this as you were posting yours. I did not see the bit about learning to take compliments. Yes that is important. Easy enough to say thank you. I
