warm exhalation

Post by joel » November 18th, 2006, 11:20 am

Warm exhalation— occidental moan
and twilight yawn and gentle zephyr breath
and exhalation warm and beautiful—
I hate to think how I might breathe again
and steal such precious calm. Is skin a wrap
enough for me? Then naked let me feel
existence draft across simplicity;
my still reception, my complicity
I offer. And watch me naked, voyeur, kneel
and nuzzle in my lover sunset lap
and sweet receive its dusky blow of sin:
against the open chance and bountiful
expressions liberty permits, I’d death
secure and solid accidental own.
