Oh thank you all for dropping by. I'm glad I caught your eye for I wanted you all to know that you do not write in a cold void though sometimes it might feel so.

This post has turned into a lovely group hug and I like that.

Thanks for all your kind words. Yes, we all are, for the most part, virtual strangers, but through our words we can glean a lot and somehow we've found some caring. It gladdens my heart.

I know that I sometimes feel solitary
and that can be good
but it's also very good when one can feel not so
terribly alone too

There is commiseration of thought
there is contrary and diversified thought
there is nonsensical and deepseated thought
there is rhyming and free form thought
there is each to his own unequivocal thought
a synergy of acceptance that each of us owns
has our right to

and here
here we can definitely be ourselves
through picture, through music, through poem

a virtual home
a place to alight
find rest from our varied circumstance

and for some of us?

a chance to find the i within ourselves and capitalIze on it.


I'm encouraged by all of you here and appreciate the individuality of each and every one of you.
