return to portland after mexico

Post by creativesoul » August 17th, 2007, 9:20 pm

the sunshine in portland is different than anywhere else in the world, it drizzles diversity and changes from the inside out. The housemate that fell in love with the medcine man in north dakota had decided that she didn t have to pay bills while she was out of town. Wish that were true for the rest of us.I do not recall PGand E ever giving me any breaks on utilities because I was not home. The woman at the gas company had called her to let her know that her house mate did not want to be on the bill anymore.
So now the bills were paid and the creditor where she took the sick cat called and asked for three hundred and twenty three dollars, I am the only woman in the history of the united states that has bad credit due to dead cats. Nine lives in terms of dollars and cents I guess.I told the man named Steve he could just fuck right off.
whenever life seems too much I cook something italian. today it was hot sausage.I am supposed to be writing my cover letters and searching for a job. This morning did not start so well. Life seems to break into small glass slivers. The medication doesnt really work. ADHD is alot like having a bad brain, like Frankenstien s abbey normal. Works well with art and sculpture, but loses it s texture in other areas. Lost wax casting in the emotional abyss.
I learned never to admit when I am needy this morning. never again will i ask someone to spend time with me.I will walk the dog.I will do just about anything except ask for love and attention.
mexico is fading in a pool of tile and green horizons, in sweat dripping off my face and down my chest with humidity. I suppose that the e-mails are proof that I went. complete with photos. I am even in some of them.
My husband comes home and plays motor storm on the big screen televison, the noise is so loud and I am in the next room.
the poverty in Mexico does not even really allow for televison. People have to buy water and work for fifty dollars a week.
I have a mexican toliet here in Portland, it does not like paper. All the sewage in Mexico is not great, so no one puts paper down the toliet.
I have a friend that has a tatoo of a tree on her arm, and it says "paper is more patient than people" she is one of the most beautiful women I have ever known. sweet kindness comes from with in her always. She has been a shining light for me, at times of darkness.
Love is strange, you never know how it will change you, and it always does.

keep on believing little sister
hang on to mexico
physician heal thy self
and you will be a healer

Arcadia was right on that other post
pictures would be so great.

thanks for writing
you scared me once with your writing
as if you could see into my heart
I believe you have a gift
I only hope it will be a blessing
not a curse.

"I have a mexican toliet here in Portland, it does not like paper. All the sewage in Mexico is not great, so no one puts paper down the toliet".

It made me smile. I spent last summer more or less ten days in a place where the nearer toilet was a combustible tank with a hole in the earth at open air. It was something like an extreme-experience, jaja!!!. I know I wouldn´t live in a place without a bidet also for more than some days!!!

"mexico is fading in a pool of tile and green horizons, in sweat dripping off my face and down my chest with humidity. I suppose that the e-mails are proof that I went. complete with photos. I am even in some of them."

nice lines!!

good regreso!!

And so it is that you have returned and so have all the things you left here. Especially the sunshine and the glass slivers!

Let's see some pics!!
