Thanks all for reading and for comments. My basic problem was simply how can a person really, truly LOVE if there's room for (or especially if there's a perceived demand to) HATE? I think Hester hit my place these days...that's all I was going for.

And forgive me, but I have to...
Totenkopf wrote: Rilly if Sinn, or Sin works as the Vater Joel and Khrist, Inc, says it does, Gott sort of knows exactly what his boy-bots do, a priori as it were. So how is it Sssin if the Humanoid simply does what its Creator already determined it would do, back when He sort of designed spacetime? Xtians of course insist one cannot even presume to assess the Creator (or the existence thereof), but that's about as silly as saying one could not judge a mad scientist who designed murderer-robots, and then let them loose, and they performed as He programmed then to. Freedom's merely another word for following orders. Thus, "belief" reduces to credo que absurdum---- and/or Joel and the Volcano. (btw whaa happened to Joel the Pious, and his sanctified poesy? Hmm. He must be out performing good works and such)
I agree wholeheartedly about the absurdity of the agenda pushed by the Vater Joel and Khrist, Inc. That's why I'm working my darnedest against it, so it's nice to know you agree with my need to fight that.

I will contend, however, that I'm called to assess the divine reguarly as a Xian. I might could say that's a minority opinion among Xians, but I wouldn't flatter myself that highly or risk going out on a limb alone (because I'm basically a follower).

But aw, Tot, I knew you cared about me (assuming you're thinking of me when your fingers slip on the words Pious and sanctified (I would use "Desperate" and, well, "desperate" myself)). I'm doing well. Busy, but well. I have been writing at home on my laptop...lots of structured, rhyming, first-person crap that helps me muddle through my thoughts...I'll have to go to a wireless spot at some point and dump another load out.

I've been away from posting, but not from thinking about y'all and reading when I carve out some time. I need to get back and get grounded. Believe it or not, I'm worse off when I'm away....

I hope you have same cool old ones among your flock.

If it is any comfort I found this bit when googling the bible quote. about that mighty smighty god of our mother's before us.
It is only the beginning of wisdom to fear God–we have all eternity to deepen and ripen our wisdom (or to deepen and exacerbate our foolishness).

Even so I cling to my heretical faith in the "invisible light", listen to the music and "rock my soul in the bosom of Abraham.

How can ya Love Without hate?

Gotta hate what harms what ye love. gotta hate because ye love.

Ye gotta hate George Bu(ll)sh(it)
'cause ye love America.
Gotta hate Osama
'cause he feeds Bush.
Gotta hate Dick Cheney
'cause ye love life.
Gotta love the people
and hate the Empire.
