Crash and Burn Therapy

Post by saw » November 3rd, 2008, 7:31 am

I've always heard
Eden is a hell of a place,
and well, one night
when I am up there flying
in my imagination,
I'll look down and smile at you,
the view from paradise
is the vista that saved my life,
and don't tell me
I don't have any life skills,
I can read upside down,
no shit darlin'....like it was
right side up and thanks so much
for helping out, you actually
remembered how I begged you
that if I ever started to make sense
you would slap me swiftly and completely,
and you obliged, and you told me
that whenever I was lost in the forest
of doubt and depression, all I gotta do
is turn the stereo on, the music
will do the rest.
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

Saw, this left me wistful and longing. I got the feel of people parting ways. So beautifully written.
