My eyes are cat shit brown, but it depends on what I wear. I wear a lot of blue, and my eyes turn green. But it says hazel on my CDL I loved that picture of Virginia, as if she was sitting there listening to a man going on about himself. About the way I feel about you , a pal to pitch too. I hope I gave Herr Professor Z credit for that drawing. I would hate to rip him off.
I don't want to die
Life And Death
Beyond The Pleasure principle. Chewing the cud with you is beyond pleasure, I call it bliss.

Don't mean nothin'
To listen
To really listen to each
other
Rare
Listen

A pal to pitch too[
Going to listen to old hank and try to get back to work. I should be long gone by now.

Did you say Vegas?

"if you got the money honey, I got the time."

but serriously when I get back to mule shoe texas we can go honky tonking, I am spending this spring at the beach, too long since I felt the ocean .

Turkle also had some cool stuff to say about cyber communities.

These words a real for me as concrete blocks. just a word kook,
We used to wonder if there could ever be a friendship between a man and woman that was truly platonic. I thought sure, why not, what else are sisters and incest taboos for. I don't remember ever wanting to fuck my sister, she being such a baby when I was a randy adolescent. But who knows if we had been closer in age. This reminds me of those R. Crumb cartoons with the little penises and clits with legs chasing each other.

just say hijack,
you had such a pretty stream going
and here I am saying too much again

just early moring caffein stoked ramble

don't mean nothing,

drive on

I like the written word
It sets you free
You can say anything you mean
No one's gonna look at you funny
And if they do
Who's gonna see
They don't have to read
They can stop
Turn away
No one's the wiser
Reading and writing a match made in__________?
Sometimes i wonder if you really do have a one eyed parrot named jack. I don't know who you are. It don't matter. But I recognize the sound of her voice when I hear it. I mean you remind me of someone. I hope the old girl is still kicking

Wrap me up in your arms
Don't say a fucking word
This shared silence is too perfect
To spoil
I didn't hear that
smilingjack's sticky self deceits?
As good as it gets for me and you
weaving these text boxes around each others mind.
shelter from the storm
silence
white text on white back ground
white out
silent snow
I just remembered the sound of those snow flakes falling on me and mz blue up top of monarch pass, the sound of your voice is silence for me.

spiders weaving text box web,
spining chasing each other up one string or another.
oh what fun :)

brother sister hugs, like ( ), we bow our heads forward, no contact below our neck arms embrace cheek to cheek. I remember hugging my ex sister in law once, before I knew what happened we were in full body contact, and I was shocked at what developed. kind of :D then

still
ramblin' man
ramble on

Ya, I was jammin' wit myself!

Sat in the backyard after work, had a little sip sip, one glass of mango wine, and went on a mind trip just me and the sunshine and birds keeping time. Sigh.

Wrote down everything as it came to mind.

Seemed to make perfect sense to me....

I wondered how Siggy would interpret...

Probably say I'm quite normal.....

Tis the rest of the world that's out of line.

Three days off

now that's bliss.

I'm gonna buy every flower in the world and surround myself with them.

Your mind is trippy there jacky. :)

I might take a few days

sabbatical of silence.

Read only.

Listen only.

Or not.

Sometimes I intend to write nary a thing then someone here posts something and zing zing, I gotta yap off.

I'm off to watch "Meet the Fockers" and "Sideways"

I like bouncing words off of what other people say. I like it when they bounce them back.

Pitch on jackieo
Pitch on.....

amigo, or amiga?

hmmmmm....

maybe you meant...

amoeba:
any of a large genus of naked rhizopod protozoans with lobed and never anastomosing pseudopodia, without permanent organelles or supporting structures, and of wide distribution in fresh and salt water and moist terrestrial environments; broadly: a naked rhisopod or other amoeboid protozoan.

 Isn't that the best definition you've ever read? Poetry man, pure unadulterated poetry.

Yes, I know

Here I go

Off again

Flying

Soaring

On the wings

Of nothing.

And I believe I will enjoy my day

Dankeshane :) (I frequently steal words from other languages...they'll never miss them....and they can be so much purtier)

Whew, that's a lot of rambling mouse...not a huge fan of stream of consciousness type of work...took some'a'doing but I got through it...but I'm glad I did, there are some great droppings amoung the scatterings :)

"I have always admired those
Good with words
Shuffling their wisdom
Tossing out truths
One by one
Face up and leering"

"Gnarled limbs, once strong and supple
Now bend and break at every breeze
Rainsoaked, weatherbeaten, gray with decay
It has always been
A matter of time"

"I pick the daffodil
It screams in silent horror
I carry it indoors
Place it gently, tenderly
In a vase
Of sugar water
And admire its beauty"

"Tomatoes jacky?....
they scream the worst
they scream bloody blue murder!
They're such fruits!"

" I once wrote, "I'm so lost."
I hoped they'd ask
"Why?"
I wanted to see what my answer would be
Now I'll never know"

Those are the great ones that really stood out for me, especially the last one...its funny and brilliant...or maybe I'm reading into it too much..:) Anyways, thanks for sharing your work.

LOL...wow, you sure are easy to please..lol...perhaps that is the best quality a woman can have...lol jk But in all seriousness, yes I do have a serious side :) I'd love to see some polished work of yours. Personally, I find most posters here rely so heavily on stream of consciousness type of stylings....yet I bet most here love reading the polished works of great poets.

Anyways, let me know if that offer to have my children is still open, I'll send them right over...lol...jk, you think I would ever harm the world so much as to spawn...I think Paul Martin is working on a bill right now to legally force me to get snipped so no such disaster can ever happen. :)

Ya, I'm a little pathetic I know. A veritable lapdog for the praise! :D

But:
You're obviously no slouch and you don't pull the punch. This is good, very good. I want the straight dope..... ..... ...you could be insulted by that, but trust me, it's a good thing.

Polished work? I dunno....sadly I polish it so much it refuses to shine.

As far as this stream of consciousness stuff, I find it really useful. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that how a poem comes about. You're mindin' your own bidness, brain puttin' away mercilessly, most of it ignored I might add, but every now and then, oh yeah, some thoughts you like and wanna play with. Granted a lot of what I end up with is crap, but you gotta start somewhere, build up, build down...tear up, tear down.

Anyway, don't be so hasty re spawning....swim up dat river, the world can definitely use some more funny men/women....fish/fishettes.....I'm gettin' confused....are you a salmon by any chance? Not such a strange question as it sounds, on the internet one never really knows. Hell, I'm a mouse.....go figure.

Anyway, my public awaits.....Trevor has asked to see a polished poem so I better get to polishing. Pop on your sunglasses there feller, you'll need 'em! 8)

Hmmmmm, which one, which one! And where should I plop it? In here midst my droppings? Egads that sounds awful. You shall rue the day.....rue the day!

Thinking on it, mulling things over in my head, I feel it incumbent upon me to point out that I do consider some of my droppings to be polished and finished pieces.....perhaps similar to those clocks made out of cow plops, hardly art, but finished none the less.

Did you not like Rasputins Eyes? That's a downer for I quite like it. Wherein lies the problem.....how to determine what's good enough to share. Well I guess you just put it out there. I was advised to never submit my own favorites, invariably that is the wrong choice...I dunno. Anyway....

Here is one of my favorites:
(The title is playing hard to get....I mean elusive......I mean I haven't been able to find one that fits......the polishing continues.)

Drugs
Robbers of innocence
Fogging the mind of otherwise brilliance
Sweet poet lost
Eloquence run amok
Nonsensical gibberish that sounds music
To the ears of blurred, slurred friends
Great author
Wanting only to stretch the mind
With the great experience
Of mind-altering drugs
Where are your epics
Your stories yet untold
I see only your wordless, blank stare
Great teacher
Teaching nothing
Learning nothing
Giving nothing
Just your own precious life to the grave
Leader King
Who reigns in the alley
Silver spoon, silver tip, silver-tongued devil
Who utters not a word in defense
Mother, wife, lover, friend
Huddled alone
Seeking relief, the bottled kind
Or smoke, or huff, or mainline
A trip to oblivion for awhile
Then hit the ground
And off to the corner for more
Wake up
Wake up to your reality
Clear your mind
You have a gift, use it
You have a skill, contribute
Show the world
Show yourself
Who you are

Okay, please let her rip....any advise or suggestions would be greatly and muchly appreciated I assure you.

Thanks for reading.

ps: Fuck it's hard to hit..........submit!
