NECRONOMICON (for kix, bay-be)

Detectives--whether
Socrates or Sherlock--
are such a crass breed;
Soren K., a talented buffoon
mostly agreed.
Spikes for spooks;
and the Credo
shall rock, when
sister Sedation
saunters into
swamp.

she mimics
ape like
gestures
spell out
help but
no one
understands
the nonsense
of clues left
strung out
across
her temple
the answer
is worse
than the
question

Excommunication
break down: ghost
doctors of Rome
rule the hives
and homie roosts--
even the dialectic
flowed from another
psychotic for Jee-zuss
(who thought that sacred Gimp
no earthly mama had) .

Madeline Murray O'Hair and Ayn Rand would have been sweet sisters.

They both had hard-boiled philosophies but were almost buddha-like in their personal lightness and humor. I met MM at a reception one time in Austin. She was full of light and laughter. And one of the best debaters I've ever witnessed.

oops, I replied off topic to one of your off topic replies. Sorry.

what more can be said
about the dying past
I stumble
from the threshold
to the exit ...clueless
I am not above this
endless conversation

Anthem by Ayn Rand is one of my favorite books.

The Temple of Poetic Whatevs
was by no monotheist made.
Sappho sweet most likely
to Athens rode sometimes too.

Few are the moments
that Pat Sajak forgets
his White Vanna
at her cosmic roulette.

Wasn't the game called "Show, not Tell"?
Telling time I am not great at.
Yet on occasion a new Hell
produce, replete with skulls and rats.

the muses have almost
forgotten your name

& its too late to bribe them
with your good intentions

you must convince us all
you mean what you say

The Muses never knew our names:
they were far too busy
doing butterfly tangos
above Mt. Parnassus.

Subtlety ala Ez
seems eazy as E
only to those who
never etre'd
nor avoired:
Roses in a vase
with porcelain pots
of EarlGrey,
however prettily
descri'ed,
mean scheisse
next to heaps
of dead grunts.
So, you are correct
sort of.
I detest Dame Poesy.

(to dispense with rhyme, or not? I edited it. Probably so. Then tennis, netless, according to Frosty Bob. Or write in German or frenchee. Or prose, onliest)

( )
