Mexicola afternoon

Post by joel » October 1st, 2007, 6:29 pm

cut me out a poncho
and fold a sombrero

nondescript brown paper
like a brittle browner cotton

hold me by my neck
and drop a handle in my pan

siesta fiesta
ignore the Lunesta

red-stained bebida de cola glass
transluscent East Coast October leaves
a taste as rosy as my cheeks

soy en su cola un sabor del tequila barato,
Amor Gringo,
astringente, pero irresistable

bottoms up
Mexicola afternoon
