I was going to bake a pumpkin pie, I bought a half pint of brandy and then I went to the store and found out that ginger, nutmeg cloves was going to cost about 15 bucks, I decided to buy one from the HEB bakery. Worked out good cause now I can drink the brandy instead.

Happy Thanksgiving, stillT-

Keepy on truckin'.....

we have much to be thankful for!

LR and I will be going out to eat at a restaurant today. Turkey dinner cooked by someone else. First time in my life the family didn't get together..... we'll be joining my family on Saturday for postponed festivities.

But it will be very nice today..... A little trip to yuppieville. I'll wear some clean blue jeans, my new black silk v-neck sweater and don a smile, walk hand-in-hand with my man and get seated by a lovely hostess who can't wait to get off work so she can go join HER family ... we will all be happy and thankful ....

Later, we will come home and I will write my *real* thanksgiving poem, as I do traditionally....

I am thankful for so many things...
