bridge under sun
makes warm memries
of warmer days
the way over is preset
all shifting shadows cut
deeper lines
by the shine
of real sunlight
warmth makes sharp shadows
keeps the place
the world
somewhat intact
too much grey
& it's hard
to say
anything
& down the train rolls
into black
last sun ray cut back
by cement
here where there is no earth below.
only that which man hath made.
