"Headbands"

Post by mnaz » January 17th, 2008, 5:15 pm

...found an old silly-ass hoopster pome I wrote a long time ago...

Ol' skoolin', big butt havin', thunder funkin',
rim breakin', head-fakin', clones of Dunkenstein.
Windmillin' villains, sweep up the glass, no look pass,
big ol' 'fro, buggy whip trippin', put a dip in your hippin'.
Cow jumped over the moon, Dr. J flew over the paint,
landed in Cleveland, we go live, dish and drive,
'76 Caddy, hood like Ohio, spoke rim jive.
News at five.

Deception is all, whether bodacious beats, or hipster hoops. Alas, many of the deceived be caught in some heinous melodramas; tip jarz, even ones sanctioned by the state or by jeee-zuss, will unlikely do 'em much goot.
