the word which will bring me into a place where I have not been yet, but where I am included to keep my word. I am able to wake in the sunshine of an Oregon Sunday, cook breakfat and love the light like a glazed dougnut loves sugar glazing its body in sweetness.
Daffodills are blooming, music is playing. Some where on the earth there are people experiencing hunger, and great suffering. People walk sometimes 200 miles to safety. In Romania there are countless children that are homeless and huffing glue. the higest rate of sucicide is our youngest children whom are gay and cannot come out with out shame. Here on our native indian reservations there is great poverty and alcoholism and drug addiction. My friends are dying of cancer from smoking cigs, which by the way I still smoke.
In Africa there is not adequate medical supplies to treat babies for AIDS. There is the higest infant mortality rate in Africa.
Here in rich bitch poverty I complain about the cost of fruit and vegetables and gasoline. In may places there is open sewage and no food at all. Herbal medicine is the key to surrvival in these places.
Perhaps it is a time for self less service. Here inPortland there are homeless children are creating artwork. You can tutor homeless children in school work. Find out who needs help and see if you are prepard to meet that need.
Lately I have noticed old people walking. I pray for every homeless persn i see
the earth continues to spin and the most egotistical seek powerful positions in our goverment promising changes. The best bumper stcker I have seen is"Sure you can trust the goverment, just ask an indian"

prayer, song, dancing drumming

Post by creativesoul » March 9th, 2008, 10:38 pm

they, the ancestors like to come and see what we are up to, i guess they like to come to the drum as well, all of us dancing and praying. The dreams I had last night were so strange that I bit my mate , at which piont he asked me if I pinched him, and I started laughing because I have never bitten anyone before in my sleep. We laughed and got up and had a cigarette.I was in some wied hotel or apartment complex two stories high with a lot of plants around. I was walking around in the dark with some people that were also curious about what was going on, and apparently this place had some wierd people that kept fucking up my shit and would not hear me.The place had been bought and sold a few times, and the people each time were horrible, and they would not die. apparently at some piont I decided to take matters in my own hands, or teeth. I have had a wolf for almost eight years. apparently they do not have a long lifespan because she is sarting to stiffen up. I must have learned that my teeth were an important weapong from her, but dreams reveal prayers. I am fine today, spent an hour in the sun, and my mate woke up theis morning and bit the back of my neck playfully. He is one of those people that can creep up siliently so I was shocked and we laughed again. I hope those people in my dream do not come back, he said I was thrashing around earlier and he comforted me, but at some piont I bit him. In my dream I was cornered.Prayer is an interesting thing, because you never know how they will be answered. perhaps my strength is in my bite.

my ancestors in europe are a peaceful lot
they hardly ever raise a ruckus anymore
they are dust in the wind for the most part
here in the new world
they are always gentle on my mind
but I can still hear the dust in the wind

they say wolves mate for life
seems like they are always finding children of men to raise
maybe that is a myth
