cracked from the heat
spilling fragments of memories
long ago laid to rest deep within
your caves of consciousness...

the sunlight of freedom
has given you the trust to
bring forth those secrets
to share as i have shared
my soul with thee.

these fragments we weave
into a blanket of understanding
to comfort our togetherness
in this desert of solitude...

and found our own eden
