Have debt, will travel,
unto a Big Box of DVD explosions.
Paint parking squarely on my ass.
Flat earth, flat broke, flat screen.
Suburbs are huge paved religions.
Sun rises on oil stained wrappers.
We'll get a shot at those ghosts.
Riff genius.
No compunction.
"No doubt Saddam has
weapons of mass destruction".
Aluminum tubes have but one function.
"He's actively pursuing a nuclear weapon",
threaten, "al Qaeda hides, Saddam doesn't,
but the danger is that they work in concert..."
Laid out splayed Armageddon H-bomb riffs.
Plugged into walls of ruptured speaker riffs.
Ear bleed theory, domino domini dogleg.
"Major combat operations are over".
"The insurgency is in its last throes".
The Global War on your refrigerator.
Stadium rock was re-born tonight.
The profits are smiling.

one lie after another, one crime after the next...in a perfect world
the lot of them would be tried for war crimes....as you point out, these riffs should not be forgotten ...many good lines, mnaz

If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading
you may end up where you are heading
It was an interesting idea, to see if some of the lies strung together, the actual words and lines, had poetic resonance.
But really, in hindsight I left out some of the best riffs... that continual White House speech loop about freedom this and freedom that, and not letting the terrorists win, etc. Those were some of the best riffs. They were..... prolific... Rock on.
Oh my... I seem to do this every Memorial Day, don't I?
Sorry.
