you rammed sanity up its ass
ripped madness into shreds
tore the heart outta love
then shot wisdom in the head

you beheaded all philosophies
kicked hatred in the balls
stomped the life outta fear
strangling joy until it falls

you stole the high outta high
spitting in the eyes of delight
snuffed the candle of the soul
burned desires constant fight

threw compassion over a cliff
dropped bombs on all ignorance
hanged perception by its neck
and destroyed all innocence

now tell me, what have you gained..?

a truly completely sad situation is reveled in this poem. i feel its weight upon my shoulders.

call it a bitter rant against the self-consumed who care not a wink about others and the restless path of destruction that follows them as they do these things without guilt or remorse. a dog could never be that cruel to others or themselves.

rather than a half-gainer, this is more like a cannonball....splashed in your face by some asshole while your trying to read the newspaper
by the side of the pool...there is more than ample examples of
rampant me-ism out there for sure.....I swear in Baltimore, if you
step off the curb, be prepared for someone to engage the other two barrels of their carburettor, because their aiming to run you down
for having the nerve to enter the same street, they are flying down.
Might even steer as close to you as possible to scare the shit outta you, so you won't dare do it again.....cause you see, it's their street,
they were there first, they have an SUV, and well you're just a loser
pedestrian trying to slow them down.....good little rant

Indeed excellant rant on the rampant ravaging we are living in.
I immediately thought of that fucker bush and all his creepy cronies.
Wreaking havoc like it was some kind of organic "prerapture miracle for all"
Hate grows, for many...is growing taller, taller.
We need these rants, to diffuse resultant insanities.
