Integration! finally!

And just as I said from the beginning. I don't see color.

I was thinking about doing one in Hebrew. But I don't know the translation of black and white. Perhaps German... that might be interesting, you think? No matter the language it's all black and white... the variances are but sounds... at least that's the way I view it.

emel_scott... i was a faithful and dedicated zig-zag man for many years... something about the thin, almost transparency of the paper and the delicate sound it made during the roll... it was hard to beat.

yes, the is piece is a new direction for me - my bilingual influence living in a border town. but you have noticed again (see B&W) that I also used a complimentary stimulating balance of not only bold and italics, but the impression of black and white riddled throughout the write. This would be understood by even somebody that did not have any grasp of the Spanish language, but would know the understanding was not limited to language interpretation, but rather the B&N, (or as I possibly should have named it, NyB), or blanco and negro.

westie-J... a good evening to you and thank you. By referring to the great Argentinian dance, El Tango, you have quickly and clearly related to the Spanish speaking language used in this piece. I find it just as intriguing that you identified with dance in this piece. My compliments to you as that was a very smart deduction on your part and one that many readers may have overlooked. Composition. Repeat: Composition... the all important balance, either symmetrical or asymmetrical... all compositions, regardless of name or title, rely on that one basic formula whether consciously or not to honestly convey the hope and desire of understanding that lies behind all the intent of each creative endeavor.

hebrew black= sha-chor (gutteral ch like throat clearing but softly)
white= la-vahn (second syllable 'ah' as in father)

it also reads like a guitar being strummed with a variety of effects, bold strikes at the cord, a single note strummed or plucked and much more. i love music.

well, you will be happy to know mtmynd that while Googlin Blanco y Negro to get a nice deja vous kick from the image of the sax player (unsuccessful I might add) I found out that Zig-Zag is still (by far) the paper of choice for discriminating professionals...lol

the poem has a dadaistic feel to it. i think it's very good.
